It's cute! All of it looks very clear and springy. How far away were you when you took this? I'm wondering because I think you would have gotten close.

Its very cute but I don't think its a deer, at least not a whitetail deer anyways. Baby whitetails have spots down their backs and their facial structure is different. I'm not exactly sure what this is.
